Request to delete your account

You can use this form to request the deletion of your Ketchup account and associated personal information. Once we receive your request, we'll contact you using the email address associated with your account to verify and process your request.

Before you submit

Deleting your account is permanent. Once your request has been verified and processed, you will no longer be able to access your Ketchup account. Some information may be retained where required for legal, tax, fraud-prevention or other legitimate business purposes.
